Friday 10th July 2020

Hi Year Three,

I hope that you and your loved one are keeping well and safe. I hope you have had a great week with our 'Music' Learning Project. Next week's Learning Project will focus on the topic 'Space'.

Thank you to those children who participated in 'Ed Start's Virtual Sports Week' - the school has since received a 'School Games Virtual Award' for your engagement and commitment to virtual physical activity during the Summer Term. smiley

It is so strange to think that this will be your last week in Year three! You will all be getting your reports sent to your parents' email in the next few days and I just want to let you know how very proud I am of all of you!

Keep an eye on the Year Four class page, as I will be uploading a message on there for you and giving you some information about our move to Year Four. laugh

Have a great last week! Take care and stay safe.

Miss Wright

Friday 3rd July 2020

Hi Year Three,

I hope that you and your family are keeping well and safe. It has been so lovely to speak to some of you this week and hear about all the fun activities you have been doing at home. I hope you have enjoyed all had another great week and have been enjoying the Learning Project 'Around the World'. Next week, our topic will be 'Music.' I know lots of you have instruments at home or you could even try creating you own instruments! I know how creative lots of you are laugh.

There is also a leaflet on this week’s Home Learning page regarding the Summer Reading Challenge, which is organised by Salford Library services. The leaflet gives details of how you can access e-book and audio books over the summer break.

This week I have been writing your reports and it has been amazing remembering all the happy times before the lockdown and also remembering how hard you have all worked.

By now I am sure you all know that I am going to be your teacher again in Year Four, which is very exciting! I am thinking about you all, I hope you have a lovely week! Remember to keep smiling and spreading kindness like confetti. Stay safe.

Friday 29th June 2020

Hi Year Three,

I hope that you and your family are keeping well and safe. I have been enjoying this lovely weather, but I am glad it has cooled down now!

Have you enjoyed this week's project 'Famous and Significant people'? The Learning Project for this coming week will be 'Around the World'. This is wonderful opportunity to research a country of your choice. It could be somewhere you have visited or where you would wish to visit in the future. What language is spoken in that country? What is the weather like? It would a nice idea, if you were able to create a fact file for your country laugh. You could also ask an adult at home to send your work to the keep in touch email address - bmpskeepintouch@gmail.com

Remember to have a look at Joyful June and see what fun activities are left to complete! Miss Kearsley is working on something fun to replicate our sports day at home for you, so look out for that information very soon. I know lots of you love sports! smiley

Take care and keep safe.

Miss Wright
