Care, Learn, Achieve

Nursery

In our Nursery class we have 24 children. Our teacher is Miss Neill and the teaching assistant is Mrs Garfield. Michelle Zelazowski is our class governor.

Nursery had a great time competing in the EYFS Sports Day!

To start our new topic 'What grows in the garden?' we have planted green beans and have learnt about how to care for plants.

Nursery had a fantastic time when The Mobile Farm came to visit. It was the best ending to their 'Who lives on a farm' topic.

To support their topic 'Who lives on a farm?' Nursery have been learning about the life cycle of chickens and hatching chicks.

Nursery's topic book is Fred the Firefighter. We have been learning about emergency vehicles. Today we created a fire engine and fire station in our outdoor area. We were amazing at putting out the fire and rescuing the people! What great team work and brave fire fighters we have in our school!

We have been busy making junk model vehicles for our new topic 'How do we travel?'.

Nursery have enjoyed their winter topic 'Can you build a snowman?'

Nursery baked Pudsey biscuits for Children In Need!

We had the best time when the Animals Take Over workshop came to visit us! We got to stroke, hold and learn about lots of different nocturnal animals.

We are enjoying our 'Who lives in the deep dark woods' topic. We have been learning about Nocturnal animals.

Nursery have had lots of fun exploring their new school!
