Parent Permissions & Agreements

We ask parents and carers to review and agree to a range of consents as part of joining our school, including permissions for the use of photographs and video, acceptance of our privacy notice, home–school agreement, internet access and copyright arrangements.

 

These consents are in place to ensure we meet our legal and safeguarding responsibilities, operate transparently, and remain fully compliant with national requirements.  Should you have any questions or wish to discuss any aspect of these consents, our team is always happy to support you.

 

It is essential that you inform the school office of any changes in address, contact numbers or family circumstances that may affect contact arrangements.  Any confidential matters can be discussed with the class teacher or a member of senior management.

 

The parental consent form is valid for the duration that your child attends Boothstown Methodist Primary School.

Parents/Carers have the right to amend or withdraw their consent at any time.
