Internet Access

At Boothstown Methodist, we use the internet and digital technologies to support learning. This includes research, educational platforms, and communication tools.

While we take steps to filter and monitor content, the internet is an open environment and some risks remain.

The school will:

  • Supervise students when using the internet
  • Use filtering systems to block inappropriate content
  • Teach students about safe and responsible online behaviour
  • Act quickly if any online safety issue arises

I give permission for my child to:

  • Use the internet under school supervision
  • Use school-approved online platforms and apps
  • Have work saved or shared digitally where appropriate

I understand that the school will act responsibly to protect my child from risks online.
