Film Viewing Permission Slip

 

At Boothstown Methodist, as part of our school activities, pupils may occasionally watch age-appropriate videos to support learning or as part of end-of-term activities. These will be rated U or PG and carefully selected to ensure suitability.

Please indicate below whether you give permission for your child to take part in such activities.

  • Watch U and PG rated videos in school as part of lessons or supervised activities.
