Welcome to Reception
We have 28 Children in our Reception class. The Reception class teacher is Miss Sloman and Mrs Hilton is our class teaching assistant. Mrs Wheeldon and Miss Robinson are part time teaching assistants.
Lunch time fun in EYFS!
Reception are learning about how things grow.
The Hobgoblin Theatre Company came to visit. They performed Goldilocks and helped us with acting techniques during the workshop. Fantastic acting from all children and staff!
EYFS have been learning about China and Chinese New Year.
We had a great time at Jodrell Bank on the 'Journey into Space' workshops.
Look at our Christmas jumpers! Raising money for Save the Children UK!
We wrote letters to Santa and walked to the post office to post them. We enjoyed learning all about what the post office staff do during their day.
What do grown-ups do all day? Reception independently thought of questions to ask our school caretaker, cleaner and cook. Fantastic questions and answers!
